Terms of Use

These terms govern how Perth Secure Entry provides security door fabrication, mesh screen installation, and related services for homes and rental properties in the Perth metro area. Please read them carefully before engaging us for a quote or booking an installation.

1. Scope of Services

Perth Secure Entry supplies and installs custom security doors, crimsafe-style mesh screens, heavy-duty flyscreen combinations, and lock upgrades for residential properties. Our work covers on-site measuring, fabrication, and installation that meets relevant Australian standards for security screens and doors. We also provide replacement doors for older character homes and modern builds across northern and southern Perth suburbs.

We supply directly to homeowners and work with property managers who need reliable trades for tenant safety upgrades. Any specific security rating, material type, or finish must be confirmed in writing before fabrication begins.

2. Quotes and Acceptance

Quotes are based on the measurements and site conditions provided during the initial consultation. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Work begins only after you accept the quote in writing and, where required, pay any agreed deposit. If site conditions differ from what was described at the time of quoting, we will advise you of any adjustments before proceeding.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that access to the installation area is clear and safe on the scheduled day. For rental properties, you must obtain the owner's permission before any installation proceeds. If existing frames, doors, or surrounding structures need repair before a security door can be fitted, we will flag this during the measure and quote stage, and the work will be scheduled accordingly.

4. Installation and Compliance

All installations are carried out by our own crew. We fit steel frames, powder-coated finishes, and mesh screens to the openings we measure. Where council approval or compliance with local building regulations is required, we will advise you of the relevant steps. It remains your responsibility to confirm that the proposed work fits within your property's planning rules, particularly for strata-titled or heritage-listed homes.

5. Warranty and Limitations of Liability

We stand behind the workmanship of our installations and the materials we supply. Our warranty covers defects in fabrication and installation that appear under normal use. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, environmental wear in coastal conditions, or modifications made by a third party after installation.

To the extent permitted by law, Perth Secure Entry is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or services. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer guarantee that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Changes and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule an installation, let us know at least two business days in advance. Cancellations after fabrication has started may incur a fee to cover materials already ordered. We may cancel or postpone a booking if site conditions make the work unsafe or if access is not available on the agreed date.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or industry standards. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after any update means you accept the revised terms.
