All custom doors and screens are fabricated to the exact opening we measure on site. If you send through your own measurements for a preliminary quote, treat them as approximate. The final dimensions are confirmed during the site visit, and that is what we build to. We cannot be held responsible for fit issues that come from relying on homeowner-supplied numbers.
We handle installations that meet standard residential building requirements in Perth. Where a specific council approval is needed for your property, we will flag it during the quote stage. It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary approvals before we begin work, though we are happy to point you in the right direction.
